Linear Servo-Motor Pusher PU-LSM-120 is designed to remove defective products from the production line by tracking and controlling the defective products to a specified position after inspection by the inspection system and giving a rejection signal. Upon receipt of the rejection signal, the servo drive will push the electric rod mechanism with a preset curve to instantly complete the rejection action.

Compared with pneumatic pusher, the linear servo rejector PU-LSM-120 does not require external air supply, which is more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, and is more stable as it does not suffer from the decline of rejection strength caused by insufficient air supply during continuous rejection.

Compared with servo-motor pusher, linear servo-motor pusher PU-LSM-120 is more flexible to use, not only can edit different rotary curves, multi-channel input, but also the curve can be divided into segments, the speed of each segment can be adjusted, for example, quickly kicking out the approaching defective products, slowly pushing the defective products to move out of the line smoothly, and then quickly come back to prevent collision with the next product, and linear servo speed is faster, the highest speed can be realized. The speed of linear servo is faster, up to 120,000bph.
